I had the pleasure the other day of being on Lee Schwartz’s podcast, 5 Things to Do Today, and shared my top 5 tips on how and where to begin the journey of self-growth and self-development.

For me, self-growth was something I never put a ton of time into until the last few years. Overall wellness, nutrition and working out have mainly been staples throughout my life, but I had never really taken the time to dive deep into myself and who I truly am and what makes me happy until a handful of years ago when I first considered leaving teaching and coaching. I’ve always read books here or there or dove into various internet articles, but failed to make it a daily focus in my life.

Focusing on self-development has not only brought me more clarity and happiness, but brings me that daily balance, energy and direction I need as a busy parent and entrepreneur.
